PERAN MASYARAKAT TERHADAP KEJAHATAN SEKSUAL KEPADA ANAK
Abstract
It’s time obligations and responsibilities of the community for the protection of children as stipulated in Article 25 of Law Number 35 Year 2014 concerning Child Protection which states that "The obligations and responsibilities of the community towards child protection are carried out through the activities of the community's role in the implementation of child protection carried out by involving social organizations, academics, and observers of Children. This research is a kind of normative juridical Empiris research that is research aimed at finding and formulating legal arguments in the analysis of the subject matter. The purpose of this study is to
know and understand the role of the community against crimes committed by children according to the child protection law and to know the application of the law to crimes committed by children according to the child protection law.
