Perancangan Enterprise Architecture Berbasis TOGAF ADM Versi 10 untuk Mendukung Integrasi Sistem Informasi dan Kepatuhan CDAKB pada PT Promedika Mitra Utama

The increasing need for integrated information systems and regulatory compliance has encouraged PT Promedika Mitra Utama, a medical device distribution company, to improve its Information Systems (IS) and Information Technology (IT) governance. This study aims to design an Enterprise Architecture (EA) using TOGAF ADM Version 10 to align business processes, information systems, and technology with the company’s strategic objectives. The study employed a qualitative case study approach through the Preliminary Phase, Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, Information Systems Architecture, Technology Architecture, and Opportunities and Solutions phases. The resulting Enterprise Architecture Blueprint comprises business process models, data, application, and technology architectures, as well as an implementation roadmap. The study mapped 20 business processes and established system development priorities based on the criteria of Demand, Risk, Potential Benefit, and Organizational Impact. The resulting development priority scores were 15 for the Repair module, 14 for Quality, and 12 for Helpdesk. The Blueprint supports alignment with Good Distribution Practice of Medical Devices (CDAKB), provides a basis for system integration, and serves as a foundation for future operational efficiency improvements through the company’s digital transformation.
