Implementasi NodeMCU Esp8266 pada Alat Pelacak Kendaraan Menggunakan Global Positioning System dan MiFi Berbasis IoT

Alat pelacak kendaraan menggunakan teknologi Global Positioning System (GPS) dan MiFi berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) serta dilengkapi dengan fitur keamanan melalui aplikasi GPS Tracker yang dikembangkan di Kodular. Implementasi alat ini menggabungkan teknologi GPS, MiFi, dan IoT untuk memonitor posisi kendaraan melalui titik koordinat secara berkala. Integrasi konektivitas internet pada kendaraan memastikan kinerja sistem yang optimal, yang dapat dipantau melalui modul mikrokontroler NodeMCU ESP8266. Dalam penelitian ini, dirancang alat pelacak menggunakan mikrokontroler dan aplikasi smartphone. Implementasi IoT memfasilitasi komunikasi antara perangkat dan aplikasi smartphone. Sebagai hasil dari desain ini, kendaraan dapat menentukan posisinya dan mengatur aliran listrik ke mesin menggunakan relay. Aplikasi ini memungkinkan pemantauan dan pengendalian jarak jauh fungsi kendaraan melalui aplikasi smartphone, memberikan solusi praktis dan efektif untuk pelacakan kendaraan. Hasil pengujian mencakup berbagai jarak yang digunakan untuk membandingkan koordinat titik longitude dan latitude, menghasilkan keluaran sistem pemantauan yang akurat dan memfasilitasi pemeriksaan kendaraan jika terjadi pencurian atau kondisi tertentu.
