Abstract

Improving human resource management in this digital era must continue to be developed, especially the safe and effective use of digital-based communication. This training identified the decreasing understanding of digital literacy, social media security risks, and restrictions on platform utilization as the main problems. Therefore, increasing HR capacity and most importantly HR management in an organization is very much needed. This activity can be carried out through formal and non-formal education training held in community service by lecturers from Bina Sarana Informatika University. In this community service, training is provided so that Fatayat Nu Cipondoh HR can improve skills that can be applied to each of its activity programs. The activity programs at Fatayat Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) Cipondoh Branch Leadership (PAC) are (1) routine religious study activities held every week; (2) productive Community Activity Unit (UKM) activities to increase income/entrepreneurship opportunities from the community; and (3) Activities to develop member creativity such as drum band performances and Musabaqoh Tilawatil Qur'an (MTQ). The problems found in partners are the less than optimal management of human resources in the use of digital communication as a tool or media in improving the management of Human Resources (HR). The solution provided is through mentoring and management of HR in understanding and being able to use digital communication through the following things: (a) how to provide management and understanding, knowledge in improving HR especially in the use of digital communication; (b) how to increase the capacity of ability to become professionals in the workplace; and (c) providing an understanding that having self-competence will have an impact on the position and income of the community activity business (UKM) of the Fatayat NU PAC Cipondoh group.
