Membangun Pondasi Keuangan yang Kokoh untuk Masa Depan Anak: Strategi Pengelolaan Keuangan Efektif untuk Orang Tua

Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to improve the financial literacy of parents of students at Al-Kamal Islamic Kindergarten, Kedaung, Pamulang. This activity is designed to provide an understanding of effective financial management strategies to prepare for the future of children's education. This program is carried out online through webinars for five consecutive days, with interactive methods in the form of discussions, simulations, and consultation sessions. Participants are given knowledge about family financial management, financial products such as education savings and insurance, and the use of financial applications. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding in planning long-term finances, especially for children's education, as well as a higher awareness of the importance of financial literacy. This PKM has succeeded in encouraging parents to be better prepared to face financial challenges in supporting the future of their children's education.
