Partners in this community service activity are the Mutiara Madani Waste Bank group which is located at the Griya Bunga Asri Housing Complex, Cibadung Village, RT 002/008, Gunung Sindur District, Bogor. This Community Service is about utilizing the potential of the Mutiara Madani Griya Bunga Asri Waste Bank, Cibadung Village RT 002/008 Gunung Sindur District, Bogor to Improve Community Welfare. The aim of the Community Service carried out is to provide education to change the waste bank from just a rubbish dump into a sustainable social enterprise that provides benefits to the wider community. The methods used are lectures and discussions. The main problems faced by partners are that residents are not used to sorting waste according to type, lack of knowledge and access to waste processing technology, and difficulty promoting waste recycling products. This service activity received a good response from the target audience, because by holding the service activity, apart from establishing friendship and cooperation, there was also a transfer of knowledge so that waste bank managers could increase their knowledge and motivation.
