This Community Service aims to strengthen the position of Al-Kamal Islamic Kindergarten as the main choice for parents in choosing a school for their children. Through the title "Building the Reputation of Kindergarten Schools as the Main Choice: Effective Marketing Strategies and Human Resource Development," this activity focuses on developing innovative marketing strategies and increasing the capacity of human resources in schools. The implementation method includes an initial meeting with school management to analyze current conditions, a survey of parent preferences, and five days of intensive training on digital marketing strategies, branding, and HR competency development. The expected results of this activity are an increase in new student registration and strengthening the school's reputation. With the implementation of effective marketing strategies, it is hoped that Al-Kamal Islamic Kindergarten can attract more prospective students and create a sustainable positive impact on the surrounding community.
