Senam Anti-Stroke Pada Komunitas Tuna Wisma Untuk Meningkatkan Imunitas di Pertubuhan Kebajikan Ar-Riqab Kuala Lumpur Malaysia

Mitra dalam kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah komunitas tuna wisma di Pertubuhan Kebajikan Ar-Riqab, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi mitra adalah rendahnya kualitas hidup akibat keterbatasan akses layanan kesehatan, gaya hidup sedentari, serta risiko tinggi penyakit degeneratif seperti stroke. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan imunitas dan kualitas hidup tuna wisma melalui senam anti-stroke yang bersifat preventif dan mudah dilakukan. Metode yang digunakan berupa penelitian eksperimental dengan desain pre-post test menggunakan total sampling terhadap 45 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner WHOQOL untuk menilai kualitas hidup, serta pengukuran tekanan darah sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam tiga tahap, yaitu senam anti-stroke, edukasi pencegahan stroke, dan refleksi kelompok. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada kualitas hidup responden, khususnya dalam aspek fisik, psikologis, sosial, dan lingkungan, serta penurunan tekanan darah setelah mengikuti intervensi. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa senam anti-stroke dapat menjadi alternatif upaya preventif non-farmakologis yang efektif, murah, dan aplikatif bagi kelompok rentan.
