Edukasi Kesehatan Reproduksi Dini dan Gaya Hidup Sehat bagi Remaja Panti Asuhan di Pertubuhan Kebajikan Al-Haq Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan literasi kesehatan reproduksi dan perilaku hidup sehat pada remaja panti asuhan melalui pendidikan partisipatif yang kontekstual dan berpusat pada remaja. Intervensi meliputi sesi edukasi interaktif mengenai pubertas, kebersihan personal, pencegahan IMS, gizi seimbang, serta aktivitas fisik; dilengkapi media visual, permainan edukatif, dan simulasi untuk memperkuat retensi pengetahuan. Desain kegiatan mengintegrasikan pra–uji dan pasca–uji pengetahuan, lokakarya penguatan psikososial (kepercayaan diri, komunikasi asertif, pengambilan keputusan), pendampingan mingguan, serta penyerahan materi digital-cetak untuk keberlanjutan bersama mitra Pertubuhan Kebajikan Al-Haq. Luaran yang diharapkan mencakup peningkatan bermakna skor pengetahuan, perbaikan praktik kebersihan dan gaya hidup, serta kapasitas pendamping/pengasuh dalam memfasilitasi edukasi kesehatan secara mandiri. Kegiatan selaras dengan MBKM (IKU 2, 5, 7) dan mendukung SDG 3 dan 4. Pendekatan, tahapan, dan indikator keberhasilan dirumuskan berdasarkan kebutuhan mitra dan kerangka PKM PKLN, sehingga modelnya replikatif di institusi serupa.
