Pengembangan Personal Branding dalam Lembaga Pendidikan Islam
Abstract
Personal branding development in educational institutions is an important strategy to
form a positive image of individuals and institutions amidst global competition. Personal
branding is not only relevant for students, but also for educators and the institution itself
in increasing public trust, competitiveness, and the quality of educational services. This
study aims to examine the concept, urgency, and implementation of personal branding in
formal educational environments. Using a qualitative-descriptive approach, this study
analyzes the role of personal branding in forming professional and institutional
identities, as well as its impact on achieving educational goals. The results of the study
indicate that effective personal branding development requires synergy between
individual competencies, institutional values, and targeted communication strategies.
Therefore, educational institutions need to design integrated and sustainable self-
development programs as part of the school culture.
