PENGARUH LABA BERSIH DAN ARUS KAS TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of net income and cash flow on stock prices. The method used in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. With the Property and Real Estate sub-sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016 – 2022 as a population. And obtained as many as 8 companies as a sample. So that the test results obtained that the net profit (X1) partially does not affect the stock price. Meanwhile, the results of the Cash Flow variable test (X2) partially affect the stock price. The results of the F test show that the variables Net Profit and Cash Flow simultaneously or jointly affect the Share Prices of Property and Real Estate sub-sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016 – 2022.
