IMPLEMENTASI PASAL 1 UNDANG-UNDANG NOMOR 16 TAHUN 2019 TERHADAP TERJADINYA PENINGKATAN DISPENSASI PERKAWINAN DI GORONTALO

Abstract

Marriage is the gathering of two people who were originally separated and stood alone, becoming a whole and a complete couple. Marriage is a process of forming a family between a man and a woman based on love and affection. According to article 1 of Law No. 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage, what is meant as marriage is an inner birth bond between a man and a woman as husband and wife with the aim of forming a happy and eternal family based on the One True Godhead. In this study, the researcher used normative juridical legal research, namely research on legal materials in the form of legislation or written law, which in this case is Law No. 16 of 2019 concerning Marriage. In legal research, a method of approach is needed that is intended to obtain information from various aspects regarding the legal problem that is being tried to find answers. So in relation to this normative legal research, the author uses a statutory approach or Statute Approach, which is carried out by examining all laws and regulations related to the legal issue being discussed, namely the regulation of laws relating to the granting of marriage dispensation to minors.
