Abstract

In practice are often found that the determination of permit application marriage different religion .This study attempts to know what it is marriage by law no 1 1974 about the marriages .Know what has been a part of the requirements valid marriage itself .And about the validity of marriage different religion that occurred in indonesia .Research is based on type research law normative .In research normative on the assessment to the law as the norm , namely research and study object to asas-asas law , approach in and regulations ( statute approach ) of laws , and also approach juridical historically to sharpen analysis material law research aimed at know of the principles of , history background law and local regulations on marriage especially on marriage different religion. Conclusion in this research is, that the absence of rules governing different religions in indonesia about marriage.Because you understand article 2 ( 1 ) clearly has given firmness that should not implement marriage except in with religion.In formulation is revealed that there is no marriage beyond any law each religion and trust.Verse in the provisions of article 2 ( 1 ) law marriage could indicate legal marriage according to religious requirements, while in article 2 ( 2 ) and legal according to law marriage law after paying verse ( 1 ) moreover to recording marriage we do for the sustainability.Recording determine what are not sahnya a marriage, but said that it is and occurring, so only been administrative.
