Abstract

Legal protection for investors in forex transactions Forex Trading in Indonesia started since the 90s. Investment through online forex trading has many advantages, because transactions can be carried out for 24 hours, and the initial capital required is relatively small compared to other business with unlimited income potential. Online forex trading, including futures trading, an investment derivatives (derivatives) of the shares of investment products and the like are classified in trading on futures exchanges initiated by the commodity trading and index. Online forex trading has its own regulations in Indonesia because it is no longer the kind of investment securities in which regulation and supervision is done by a separate entity. The body which oversees the investment activities of forex online trading are: Supervisory Board and the Commodity Futures Trading (Bappebti), Jakarta Futures Exchange (BBJ), Jakarta Futures Exchange (JFX), Indonesian Derivatives Clearing House (KBI)
