PENYALAHGUNAAN NARKOTIKA DI LIHAT DARI PERGAULAN DAN TINGKAH LAKU PADA REMAJA BERDASARKAN UNDANG-UNDANG NO.35 TAHUN 2009

Abstract

Narkotics,, According to Article 1 number 1 of Law No. 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics ('UU35/2009). Are substances or drugs derived from plants or non- plants, both synthetic and semi-synthetic, which can cause a decrease or change in consciousness, loss of taste, reduce to eliminate pain, and can cause dependence, which are differentiated into groups as attached in the Law -Invite this. Drug abuse is a human crime and an acute social problem that destroys the codes of social, national and state life. In Indonesia, abuse or dependence on narcotics is increasingly common. We can observe this in many print and electronic media where every day we can hear and read about the arrests of the perpetrators of the distribution and use of narcotics. BNN as the focal point in the field of prevention and eradication of narcotics abuse and illicit traffic (P4GN) pocketed the number of narcotics abuse in 2017 as many as 3,376,115 vulnerable people aged 10-59 years. Meanwhile, the number of narcotics abuse among students in 2018 (from provincial capitals in Indonesia) reached 2.29 million people. One of the groups in society that is prone to exposure to narcotics abuseis those who are in their teens aged 15-35 years who are millennials as the next generation of the nation.
