ANALISIS YURIDIS PEMUTUSAN HUBUNGAN KERJA DENGAN ALASAN PERUSAHAAN DALAM PENUNDAAN KEWAJIBAN PEMBAYARAN UTANG
Abstract
Postponement of Debt Payment Obligations is a reaction of the debtor to the application for bankruptcy from the creditor. This research explains the form of legal protection for workers in the event that the company experiences insolvency and delays in debt repayment obligations. This research uses a type of normative regulatory research using legal and conceptual approaches. Data sources in the study used primary and secondary legal materials. Qualitative methods are used to analyze the data in drawing conclusions. The end of this discussion explains the rights obtained by workers when the company is in a state of postponement of debt payment obligations regulated in the Regulation on Manpower and legal remedies for workers to obtain their rights in connection with the company's obligations related to insolvency and the postponement of the obligation to pay debts by filing PKPU so that debtors can submit a reconciliation plan by making an offer of debt repayment against Creditors.
