PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM TERHADAP HAK CALON PEKERJA DI TINJAU DARI UNDANG UNDANG NO. 13 TAHUN 2003 TENTANG KETENAGAKERJAAN J.O NO. 6 TAHUN 2020 PENYELENGGARAAN PEMAGANGAN DI DALAM NEGERI

Abstract

Many companies have opened vacancies as interns in their offices, this is due to the enthusiasm of the good parties of interns from campus practice to those who have graduated who want to get a decent job. The government issued a policy by issuing Employment Law No. 13 of 2003. According to Law No. 13 of 2003 on Employment (Law of Employment), trade is a sub-system of job training. The trade in terms of job training can be further distinguished by its area. trade (agriculture) i.e. trade in job training, trade for academic purposes, and internship for the fulfillment of a particular curriculum or profession requirements. Which is prepared in writing which contains at least the provisions of the rights and obligations of participants and entrepreneurs and the period of trade contained in Articles 22 (1) and (2) of the Employment Act. Article 11 of Law No. 13 of 2003 guarantees that each workforce has the right to acquire and/or develop job competencies in accordance with their talents, interests, and abilities through job training. It is further stated that entrepreneurs are responsible for improving and/or developing their workers' competencies through job training (Article 12 paragraph (1). Job training is conducted and directed to equip, improve and develop job competencies to improve the ability, productivity and welfare of the workforce. Workforce development efforts are carried out through planning and employment programs such as training, trading and employment placement services. The job training program also aims to prepare manpower to fill opportunities or job openings.
