Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the Legal Certainty Against Narcotics Abuse by Police Officers. The results of the research show that the abuse of narcotics and dangerous drugs is a phenomenon that has existed for a long time and is experienced by all countries in the world. The abuse of narcotics and dangerous drugs is basically included in transnational crime, considering that the link in the drug abuse chain includes trade and production activities. Of the many problems that have happened now, many. However, due to many abuses of this type of drug, it is no longer used in the world of medicine. A type of drug that is often abused and causes dependence. Drug use has various reasons including to overcome stress, to have fun, or to socialize. The analysis of the data used is by analyzing various information collected from the mass media which is reinforced with the sources in the book explaining what the dangers of drugs are, the factors that cause drugs among teenagers, efforts to overcome drug use, the writing results show that: factors that cause teenagers abusing drugs among family factors that pay less attention to their children, and also environmental factors can also have a big influence. With education and religious education is the outermost wall to prevent drug abuse
