KEPASTIAN HUKUM MENGENAI PENDAFTARAN TANAH DITINJAU DARI PERATURAN PEMERINTAH NOMOR 24 TAHUN 1997 TENTANG PENDAFTARAN TANAH

Abstract

In Government Regulation No. 24 of 1997 on land registration. Chapter 1 verse 1 explains What is meant by land registration is a series of activities carried out by the government continuously, continuously and regularly. The land registration itself can show Area, value, and ownership of a plot of land, which in principle land registration is aimed at to ensure legal certainty where as provided in chapter II regarding the principles and purposes of the articles 3 and 4 of Government Regulation No.24 of 1997 concerning land registration where registration The land itself has one of the purposes, namely to obtain legal dubioty to the right on land registered with the holder of the right concerned which is then granted a certificate Land RightsWith the demand for the land of a plot, the government held land registration throughout the territory of the Republic of Indonesia This study aims to find out How is the legal certainty regarding the registration of land related to the subject and object of the right to land to be registered with the national land agencyto then obtain evidence ownership of legal land in the form of a certificate besides that this research also has the purpose of to find out how the legal certainty of ownership of land that is double-certified. Deep this research research method used is normative legal researchIn research This normative law legal research focuses on the rules or principles conceptualized as a norm or rule derived from laws and regulations, rulings courts, as well as the doctrines of leading legal expertsin addition the material studied in this normative legal research is library material which is secondary data and also using a juridical approach to sharpen and become a consideration in analysis Legal Research Materials with the aim of knowing the basics of law and backgroundlegislation regulating land registration, especially in the case of obtaining legal certainty of land rights such as objects and subjects to land ownership, land registration firstand maintenance of land registration data.according to Government Regulation No.24 of the Year 1997.The contribution targeted in this study is in the form of national journals.
