However, during the Covid-19 pandemic the phenomenon of early marriage increased significantly. Ideally marriage According to Law Number 16 of 2019 Amendment to Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage, couples who want to get married are at least 19 years old,1 most of the factors that cause early marriage are due to association and free sex which causes pregnancy so that it is necessary In addition to the wedding procession, there are also economic, religious and cultural factors. because during the pandemic, most teenagers were active at home because face-to-face teaching and learning activities were abolished. The purpose of this research is to explain about early marriage during the pandemic from a philosophical, sociological and juridical perspective. This underage marriage suggests that the prospective bride and groom are too hasty in entering household life without thinking about the long term. They do not pay attention to physical and psychological readiness which is the main capital of a household. Marriage does not always bring happiness, especially if it is held at an early age. For those who are not happy, they will always fight and even get divorced. This will be detrimental to both parties and also each family, so this will reduce harmony with each family.
