Pelatihan Pengembangan Item High Order Thinking bagi Guru Sekolah Dasar
Abstract
Salah satu tugas guru sebagai pendidik profesional adalah mengevaluasi siswa. Guru harus mampu menyusun instrumen evaluasi hasil belajar siswa berbentuk soal tes dengan tepat. Berdasarkan hasil survey awal di SDIT Irsyadul 'Ibad, Pandeglang, Banten, diperoleh informasi bahwa banyak guru yang belum mampu membuat instrumen penilaian berbasis high order thinking dengan baik. Setelah dilakukan analisis mendalam melalui wawancara, ternyata kendala yang dihadapi guru adalah kurangnya pengetahuan guru terkait high order thinking. Atas dasar itu dilakukan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat dengan tujuan meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam membuat item high order thinking. PkM ini dilaksanakan pada 19-21 April 2021 dengan metode pelatihan melalui aplikasi zoom meeting. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan ketrampilan guru terkait pembuatan item high order thinking. Sebelum adanya pelatihan, rata-rata pemahaman guru tentang high order thinking memperoleh nilai 65, sedangkan setelah diberi pelatihan menjadi 82. Keterampilan guru dalam membuat item high order thinking juga meningkat dibuktikan dengan produk berupa sepuluh butir item high order thinking berbasis permasalahan kontekstual dengan bentuk soal pilihan ganda, isian singkat, maupun uraian.References
