Mempersiapkan Pendidik Profesional di Era Society 5.0 bagi Guru SMK BISTEK Gunungsindur

Abstract

 

ABTRAK

Untuk menghadapi era society 5.0 ini satuan Pendidikan sangat  dibutuhkan adanya perubahan paradigma Pendidikan, yaitu diantaranya pendidik meminimalkan peran sebagai learning material provider, pendidik menjadi penginspirasi bagi tumbuhnya kreativitas peserta didik. Pendidik berperan sebagai fasilitator, tutor, penginspirasi dan pembelajar sejati yang memotivasi peserta didik untuk “Merdeka Belajar. Perkembangan teknologi dan informasi yang cepat dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan termasuk dalam bidang pendidikan merupakan suatu upaya untuk menjembatani masa sekarang dan masa datang dengan jalan memperkenalkan pembaharuan-pembaharuan yang cenderung mengejar efesiensi dan efektivitas. lembaga pendidikan harus mempu mengantisipasi perkembangan tersebut dengan terus menerus mengupayakan suatu program yang sesuai dengan perkembangan  anak, perkembangan zaman, situasi dan kebutuhan peserta didik.
