Penguatan Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia di Era Digital
Abstract
Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk memahamkan peserta terkait dengan pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM). Manajemen merupakan suatu kegiatan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengendalian, komunikasi, penempatan, pengarahan, motivasi, evaluasi dan pengambilan keputusan dalam organisasi untuk menggerakkan sumber daya manusia melakukan kegiatan tertentu dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya yang ada dalam mencapai tujuan yang telah direncanakan. Peserta pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah siswa pengurus OSIS SMA. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan dengan: tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi dan tindak lanjut. Materi disampaikan dengan tema penguatan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di era digital dengan materi berisi mengenai mengelola SDM berbasis digital, dan Building character membangun team work peserta pengabdian kepada masyarakat.
