Penyuluhan Manajemen Konflik bagi Guru SMK BISTEK Gunungsindur Bogor
Abstract
Tujuan dari Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat di Universitas Pamulang dan khususnya di Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi yang ingin dicapai dan sejalan dengan kegiatan dalam ini Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat kali ini adalah sebagai berikut seperti yang tercantum dalam poin-poin dibawah: (a). Untuk mengetahui, dan memberikan motivasi kepada Para Guru SMK BISTEK Gunungsindur – Bogor; (b). Untuk memahami dan mengetahui tentang Manajemen Konflik sehingga mampu mengelola Konflik tersebut dengan baik dan benar sehingga konflik tersebut dapat memberikan dampak yang positif dan sehat dalam organisasi; (c). Memberikan masukan serta usulan yang konkrit kepada Lembaga Pendidikan Sekolah SMK BISTEK – Gunungsindur – Bogor dalam menangani konflik agar tidak berkembang negative, khususnya memberikan masukan wadah yang perlu dimasukan dalam organisasi sekolah.
