Optimalisasi Pemanfaatan Barang Bekas Dalam Menumbuhkan Kreativitas Siswa di SMP Islam Manbaul Ulum Kabupaten Tangerang
Abstract
The Community Service (PKM) activity titled "Optimizing the Use of Waste Materials to Foster Student Creativity at SMP Islam Manbaul Ulum, Tangerang Regency" aimed to enhance student creativity by transforming waste materials into functional and aesthetic products. The activity was carried out in person, featuring awareness sessions, training, discussions, and hands-on practice in crafting items from waste materials. The results demonstrated high enthusiasm among the students during the training and the hands-on creation of artistic works from waste materials. Students successfully produced various items—such as pencil holders, wall decorations, and flower pots—using waste materials found in their immediate environment. Beyond boosting creativity and skills, the activity fostered an understanding of the importance of maintaining environmental cleanliness through recycling and the reuse of waste materials.
