Penguatan Profesionalisme Guru SMAN 2 Tangerang Selatan melalui Pelatihan Manajemen Pembelajaran dan Penilaian Autentik
Abstract
This community service program aims to enhance teacher professionalism at SMAN 2 Tangerang Selatan through training on learning management and authentic assessment. The implementation methods include a needs analysis, instructional sessions, group discussions, case studies, hands-on practice in developing lesson plans and authentic assessment instruments, as well as evaluation and reflection. The training was conducted with university lecturers serving as facilitators and teachers participating actively throughout the program. The expected outcomes include improved teachers' knowledge and skills in planning, implementing, and evaluating effective learning, as well as their ability to design and apply authentic assessment covering cognitive, psychomotor, and affective domains. Furthermore, the program produces learning management tools and authentic assessment instruments that can be directly implemented in classroom practice. Therefore, this community service initiative is expected to contribute to enhancing both the quality of teaching and teacher professionalism at SMAN 2 Tangerang Selatan.
