Abstract

The efforts to satisfy the needs of the customer is done by each company with various strategies and how to with consumer expectations feel fast and become loyal customers because if the consumer satisfaction are met that the consumer will not switch to other shops that derivative remember the more companies involved in fulfilling the needs and wishes of consumers cause the store must be oriented to the consumer satisfaction in order to achieve customer loyalty this research aims to know how much influence the product, promotion, price and the place of customer loyalty. Using the sample as much as 100 respondents and using multiple regression analysis double linear so that obtained the result that the product that the product have a positive effect and notice of customer loyalty that shopping in the store of 38.9%, Promotion have a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty 21%, proved that the price set by the store have positive and significant impact on customer loyalty where his great influence is 46,3%, and the place to have a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty of 56,8% and product, promotion, the price and the place has the effect on the customer loyalty of 71,1 %.
