Abstract

The objective of this research is to know the direct effect of leadership behavior, self efficacy, trust and organizational commitment on the cooparation manager’s  performance of  the employee cooperation at Banten Province. This research used the quantitative approach with survey method. The samples of this research were 178 managers selected randomly. The data were obtained by spreading questionnaire and analyzed with path analysis by supporting descriptive statistics. The results of the research concluded: leadership behavior, self efficacy, trust and organizational commitment had a direct effect on manager’s performance; leadership behavior, self efficacy,  and trust  had a direct effect on manager’s organizational commitment. Therefore to improve cooparation manager’s  performance, leadership behavior, self efficacy,  trust  and organizational commitment should be improved.
