Abstract

The development of Indonesia law, especially, in the field of married law has been carried out the unification of maariied law, which confirmed Rule No. 1/1974 re Married. The confirmed the Rule of Married purposed to giving the uniforms of all respective married law which exist in the society to guarantee the certainty of law.Married is a treaties between parties (wife-husband) which shall appear the raights and obligation of spiritual character such loving each other and responsibility, then material character such material of each parties. Therefore the Rule No. 1 / 1974 Article 29 regularing subject to married treaty and Article 35 regularing material earning. After 40 year Rule No. 1/ 1974 khususnya berkaitan dengan the material in the family, felt giving uncertainty law yet which justice, then the changes of society.
