HUBUNGAN ANTARA KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DENGAN KINERJA GURU PNS SMP NEGERI DI KECAMATAN PASAR MINGGU JAKARTA SELATAN

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between organizational commitment and the performance of civil servant teachers in state junior high schools in Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta. The study was conducted in 2018 in eight schools. Research The research method uses survey methods with a quantitative correlational approach. Samples were randomly selected by simple random sampling using Slovin formula 10% error level of 71 samples and data collection by questionnaire is closed. Characteristics of the study sample by gender, age, education background and length of work. The coefficient of determination of organizational commitment is more dominant with a contribution of 96.26% on teacher performance. The results of the study note that the higher the organizational commitment of teachers, the higher the performance produced by teachers.
