PERILAKU INDIVIDU DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA
Abstract
The purpose of this study is the purpose of the study was to determine the Individual Behavior at PT. Administration of Medika Jakarta, to find out Work Discipline at PT. Administration of Medika Jakarta, to find out PT. Administration of Medika Jakarta and to determine the effect of Individual Behavior and Work Discipline on the Work Performance of PT. Jakarta Medika Administration. Data analysis methods used include validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression test, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, and hypothesis t test and F test. The population used in this study were employees of PT. Jakarta Medika Administration for HCM & IT. The sample used was 40 employees. The nature of the research used is quantitative descriptive. Based on the research results obtained validity test results are declared valid, the reliability test is declared reliable, and the results of hypothesis testing: 1) Individual behavior has a positive and significant impact on Employee Job Performance. 2) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Performance. 3) Individual Behavior and Work Discipline have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.
