The Effect Delivery, clinical pathway, package system, to feasibility project
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the feasibility study of a project to increase the number of special deliveries in personal payment patients at X Hospital. We conducted the feasibility project preparation method by using the balance score card approach. From the results of surveys and market analysis in 2018, it was found some patients with personal payments, from the business prospect there was a gap between the number of deliveries with birth pockets, from the potential market there were some midwifwery patient visits that could be used as additional income, by identifying and calculating the number of patients into segments that can be sold. In this project there are still many things that can be done to increase hospital revenue, by assessing market share that has not been implemented. Realizing this the writer makes a delivery package system with the clinical pathway application.
