ANALISIS PENGARUH KINERJA KEUANGAN DAN STRUKTUR MODAL TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN

Abstrak
Penurunan nilai perusahaan dalam perekonomian Indonesia dapat menyebabkan
anjloknya harga saham perusahaan. Beberapa aspek dalam penurunan nilai
perusahaan antara lain dipengaruhi juga oleh struktur modal dan kinerja keuangan.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji analisis pengaruh struktur modal dan kinerja
keuangan terhadap nilai perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI).
Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif,
dengan mengkaji tiga jurnal terakreditasi SINTA. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa
struktur modal bersifat tidak konsisten terhadap nilai perusahaan. sedangkan kinerja
keuangan bersifat konsisten terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract
A decline in corporate value in the Indonesian economy can lead to a decline in share
prices. Several aspects of corporate value decline are influenced by capital structure
and financial performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of capital
structure and financial performance on the value of companies listed on the Indonesia
Stock Exchange (IDX). The method used is a literature review with a qualitative
descriptive approach, reviewing three SINTA-accredited journals. The analysis shows
that capital structure is inconsistent with firm value, while financial performance is
consistent with firm value.
