Model Penguatan Sentra Bordir Melalui Multi-Channel Branding Berbasis Nilai Multikultural dalam Perspektif Hukum Ekonomi

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji aspek kelembagaan, tata kelola, dan aspek hukum ekonomi dalam memperkuat daya saing sentra bordir berbasis nilai multikultural, serta merumuskan model penguatan yang mampu meningkatkan nilai tambah dan daya saing usaha. Berbagai peraturan perundang-undangan di bidang UMKM, perdagangan, ekonomi kreatif, dan Hak Kekayaan Intelektual telah tersedia, namun implementasinya masih belum terintegrasi dalam mendukung penguatan sentra berbasis klaster dan nilai multikultural, sehingga belum optimal dalam mendorong peningkatan daya saing. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode normatif yuridis dengan dukungan wawancara. Pendekatan yang digunakan meliputi pendekatan perundang-undangan (statute approach), pendekatan konseptual (conceptual approach), dan pendekatan sosiologis (sociologische approach) guna mengkaji aspek kelembagaan, tata kelola, serta pelindungan hukum terhadap merek dan desain dalam kegiatan usaha bordir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penguatan daya saing sentra bordir dapat dilakukan melalui penguatan kelembagaan dan legalitas usaha, penerapan tata kelola yang baik, serta pelindungan hukum terhadap merek dan desain industri sebagai aset ekonomi. Model penguatan sentra bordir berbasis nilai multikultural dalam perspektif hukum ekonomi ini dikembangkan melalui pendekatan multi-channel branding berbasis nilai multikultural yang mengintegrasikan kelembagaan, pelindungan Hak Kekayaan Intelektual, dan pengelolaan identitas budaya berbasis kearifan lokal dan pakem daerah. Model ini mampu meningkatkan nilai tambah dan memperkuat daya saing usaha secara berkelanjutan.
