ABSTRACT
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Current Ratio (CR),Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Assets (ROA) berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham, mengetahui pengaruh CR, TATO, DER dan ROA secara simultan terhadap Harga Saham dan mengetahui pengaruh Harga Saham pada Nilai Perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode purposive sampling, Pengujian Asumsi Klasik yang dilakukan terdiri atas uji multikolinearitas dan uji heteroskedastisitas, Uji Regresi Data Panel, Uji Hipotesis yang terdiri dari uji t parsial, uji f simultan dan uji determinasi R2. Hasil Penelitiannya adalah: (1) Tidak terdapat pengaruh Current Ratio (CR) terhadap Harga Saham, (2) Tidak terdapat pengaruh Total Asset Turnover (TATO) Terdapat pengaruh, (3) Tidak terdapat pengaruh Debt to Equity (DER) terhadap Harga Saham, (4) Terdapat pengaruh Return on Asset (ROA) terhadap Harga Saham, (5) Terdapat pengaruh CR, TATO, DER dan ROA secara simultan terhadap Harga Saham, dan (6) Terdapat pengaruh Harga Saham terhadap Nilai Perusahaan.
