PENGARUH KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN DAN PROFITABILITAS TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN PADA PERUSAHAAN YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA PERIODE 2013- 2017

ABSTRACT
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh variable profitabilitas (ROA) dan kebijakan deviden (DPR) terhadap Nilai perusahaan (PBV) pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2013-2017.Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel 5 perusahaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, pengujian hipotesis, dan koefisien determinasi dengan taraf signifikan 5% menggunakan program SPSS for Windows Version 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Secara parsial didapat bahwa variabel Profitabilitas (ROA) dan Kebijakan deviden (DPR) berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV). hasil penelitian ini jugamenunjukkan bahwa besar pengaruh variabel independen yaitu profitabilitas(ROA) dan kebijakan deviden (DPR) terhadap variabel dependen yaitu nilai perusahaan (PBV) adalah sebesar 90,6%.
