Abstract

Adapan Tujuan Penelitian Menganalisis pengaruh pertumbuhan industri terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja di Provinsi Jawa Barat. Menganalisi pengaruh desentralisasi fiskal terhadap penyerapan teaga kerja di Jawa Barat. Menganalisis pengaruh pertumbuhan industri dan desentralisasi fiskal secara bersama-sama terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja.

Metode analisis yaitu estimasi model regresi dengan pengunaan data time series. Lokasi penelitian berada di Provinsi Jawa Barat.Hasil penelitian ini adalah pertumbuhan industry berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap penyerahan tenaga kerja. Desentralisasi fiskal berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja di Jawa Barat. Pertumbuhan industri dan desentralisasi fiskal berpengaruh secara simultan dan signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja.
