Pengaruh Struktur Modal, Profitabilitas dan Ukuran Perusahaan Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Pada PT Alamtri Resources Indonesia Tbk Periode 2011-2024
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh struktur modal (DER), profitabilitas (ROA), dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan yang diukur menggunakan Price to Book Value (PBV) pada PT Alamtri Resources Indonesia Tbk periode 2011–2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data diperoleh dari laporan keuangan berupa laporan posisi keuangan dan laporan laba rugi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model regresi memenuhi syarat uji asumsi klasik. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa struktur modal berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, sedangkan ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Secara simultan, DER, ROA, dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,812 menunjukkan bahwa 81,2% nilai perusahaan dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel independen. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya kinerja keuangan dan efisiensi modal dalam menentukan valuasi pasar pada sektor pertambangan batubara.
