Analisi Tingkat Kesehatan dengan Menggunakan Metode RBBR
Studi Kasus pada Bank BUMN yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2020-2024
Abstract
Penelitian ini menganalisis tingkat kesehatan bank pada bank Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2020-2024 menggunakan metode Risk-Based Bank Rating. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data sekunder dari laporan keuangan tahunan digunakan untuk mengukur rasio-rasio keuangan seperti Kredit Bermasalah (NPL), Rasio Pinjaman terhadap Simpanan (LDR), Tata Kelola Perusahaan yang Baik (GCG), Laba atas Aset (ROA), dan Rasio Kecukupan Modal (CAR). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar bank BUMN memperoleh peringkat komposit "Sehat" hingga "Sangat Sehat". Penurunan peringkat pada beberapa bank pada 2024 disebabkan oleh peningkatan Rasio Pinjaman terhadap Simpanan (LDR) yang mendekati batas atas ketentuan. Meskipun ada penurunan pada Laba atas Aset (ROA), Kredit Bermasalah (NPL) terus menurun, dan permodalan tetap stabil dengan Rasio Kecukupan Modal (CAR) yang kuat. Tantangan likuiditas dan profitabilitas perlu diwaspadai untuk menjaga kestabilan jangka panjang.
