PENGARUH EPS, DER, IHSG TERHADAP HARGA IPO PADA PERUSAHAAN-PERUSAHAAN YANG MELAKUKAN IPO PERIODE 2014-2016

ABSTRAK
Pengaruh EPS, DER, IHSG Terhadap Harga IPO Pada Perusahaan-Perusahaan Yang Mendaftarkan IPO Periode 2014-2016. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh secara parsial maupun simultan antara EPS, DER Serta IHSG terhadap Penetapan Harga IPO. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua perusahaan yang melakukan IPO di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari 2014 sampai periode 2016. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 44 perusahaan yang telah melakukan IPO pada periode 2014-2016. Analisis regresi dilakukan dengan didasarkan pada hasil analisis data cross sectional. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan beberapa hal sebagai berikut:. (1) Variabel EPS terbukti positif dan signifikan berpengaruh terhadap harga IPO, (2) Variabel DER terbukti negatif dan tidak signifikan berpengaruh terhadap harga IPO, (3) Variabel Harga IHSG terbukti positif dan signifikan berpengaruh terhadap harga IPO.
