Kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan salah satu faktor terpenting dalam meningkatkan produktivitas pada suatu instansi atau perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, penilaian kinerja karyawan perlu dilakukan secara berkala agar mengetahui prestasi yang dicapai setiap karyawan. Maka dari itu dibangun sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan penilaian kinerja karyawan menggunakan kombinasi metode Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) dan Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) agar mempermudah pihak UD. Sumber Urip dalam melakukan penilaian kinerja karyawan dan mampu mendukung pengambilan keputusan secara lebih objektif.
