The power cord is the medium for distributing electrical energy. An electrical cable consists of an insulator and a conductor. Isolator is a cable wrapping material usually made of rubber or plastic, while the conductor is made of copper or copper fibers solid. The cable weighing system that still uses the calculators calculated with the cable catalog catalog slows down in the process of a cable weighing and takes a long time will make the amount of data requested to take a decision. The system created aims to assist in the process of calculating the weight of a cable, so this system will run well. This research was conducted using quantitative research method and RAD (Rapid Application Development) method in system development. The facilities contained in this system in the form, the provision of heavy calculation process, customer data, goods data, electrical data, and data report calculation data. In such systems apply as a framework and Java NetBeans IDE 8.0.2 as the program. The conclusion of this system is a program of heavy cable calculation system at PT. Hega Cipta Elektrika which input the data of prospective customers and cable data, until the transaction calculation report done in computerized so that the data can be stored well and facilitate the user in making report.Downloads
