Abstract

PT. Banguan Anugrah Hanjaya requires manpower in running operations. This labor is taken through the process of hiring passed a series of tests. In the implementation there is still a decision subjectivity of the assessment team. To avoid that required a decision support system (Decision Support System / DSS). SAW method suitable for decision-making because it can determine the weight values for each attribute, then proceed with the process of preparing the rankings will select the best alternative from a number of the best alternative to this method is relevant to resolve the issue of decision-making. The test results of samples taken and processed by the SAW method with weighting of criteria C1 = 35%, C2 = 30%, C3 = 20%, C4 = 15% obtained the highest score by Ahmad Jaenuri. Thus the candidate is accepted as an employee in the PT. Banguan Anugrah Hanjaya After successfully analyzed and designed the system, the system is able to store data in an integrated test results. The number of candidates who applied properly recorded in the system so it is not difficult to see the data of applicants. Assessment of the interviewer is objective because it is based on existing data. Thus, the application of the system of employee selection on PT. Banguan Anugrah Hanjaya more effectively using SAW method compared to previous methods.
