Abstract

Scholarships are financing that are not sourced from self-funding or parents, or researchers who can be given opportunities to improve the capacity of their human resources through education. Educational institutions, especially SMA Negeri 1 Parung in each year to prepare a scholarship budget given to outstanding students. In the case of the determination of the scholarship quota the foundation performs student achievement by looking at the academic value, attendance, behavior, and activeness of the students. The current system still uses written test, academic value, attendance, behavior, and activeness of students in organizing in school environment. Therefore, decision support system is needed using Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) which is able to establish the best alternative in scholarship selection from several alternatives based on certain criteria determined by SMA NEGERI 1 PARUNG. The model used in this decision support system is Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) with Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and Weighted Product (WP) method. Analysis of both methods is expected to provide the best and accurate assessment, based on predetermined criteria. With the research using Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and Weighted Product (WP) method, it is expected to be the reference of the foundation in determining the student achievement of the scholarship recipients, and can be an accurate computerized decision support system in determining the student achievement of the recipient.
