Abstract

Decision Support System (DSS) is a system used to support decision-making within an organization, company or educational institution, and in the decision-making process often decision makers are faced with problems sourced from various number of criteria. The application of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method in this research is to determine the selection of Foreman positions from the best mechanical employees at PT. Astra International Toyota Motor Sales. From the test results using alpha and beta, it can be concluded that functionally the system has been able to produce the expected output and decision support system is considered to facilitate in making a decision and can be used as a tool of a decision maker, easy to use , and has an interesting look based on android device.
