Abstract

Sinar Mulia Pharmacy is a business entity engaged in the field of pharmacy located in Jalan Raya Gajrug-Muncang No.44 District Cipanas, Lebak-Banten. Sinar Mulia pharmacy that currently has not used the information system in managing its data. At Sinar Mulia Pharmacy, drug data management still uses manual method, that is using paper or book media in data storage, transaction process, recording of drug supply and its reports. The purpose of this research is to produce a computerized system to assist Sinar Mulia pharmacy in managing and presenting data quickly, precisely and accurately as well as helping the community in the process of transaction services more optimal. In making the author using web-based programming with PHP and MySQL programming language with waterfall method. The results of this study aims to realize the creation of a computerized system at the Sinar Mulia pharmacy in order to manage drug data in pharmacies can run better.
