The design of information system applications of the financial administration was created to assist in handling the preparation of the accountability report of activities at the District Office Parungpanjang Bogor Regency, information systems are currently running at the District Office Parungpanjang still felt inadequate because any statements put emphasis to a treasurer and difficult to search data in the database has not been systematic. Opera-monitoring system of financial administration at the District Office Parungpanjang designed using the programming language PHP and MySql database which at this stage may ultimately serve to simplify the processing of the data, to the stages of implementation using UML (Unified Modeling Language) which can analyze the data input and output data. The method used for the analysis and design of the system is a method of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle), which proposes an approach to software development that is sequential or ordered starting from analysis, design, coding, testing and maintenance.
