Education Planning is one of the important parts in order to realize the national education development program, namely improving access, quality, governance and strengthening accountability and governance of national education. To carry out the planning of education and to implement educational programs are targeted and sustainable, there needs education data fast, complete, valid, accountable, and renewable. Based on the instructions of national education minister in 2011 and the number two ministerial circulars concerning data collection applications in environments Kemendikbud, stated that the application DAPODIKDAS an official application that is used to collect basic data basic education. This study uses a model of associative purpose of this study was to see whether there is a relation between Organizational Culture and Success Motivation Against User Information System Implementation Dapodikdas. While the method of analysis using multiple linear regersi. The results of this study, Simultaneously all independent variables were tested using the F-Test concluded that Cultural Organization and Motivation Users affect positively and significantly to the successful implementation of Information Systems Dapodikdas Elementary School in the district of partial Purbalingga.Secara all independent variables were tested using T- Test. It was concluded that organizational culture has no influence on the success of the implementation of information systems DAPODIKDAS elementary level Purbalingga. While Motivation Users have an influence on the success of the implementation of information systems DAPODIKDAS elementary level Purbalingga.
