CV. Firma H.A. Aziz Machmud is a company engaged in the sale of household products, which the company has various problems, one of them is in terms of bookings and services to customer satisfaction, in this case because so far in ordering goods only through mobile media alone, so with limited number of customers and employees makes CV. Firma H.A. Aziz Machmud overwhelmed in terms of customer service. Application ordering of goods based SMS Gateway is an application created by using the Java programming language and MySQL database-front. The purpose of making this application is to create an application-based SMS Gateway ordering products that can help customers in the desired order goods, as well as get information on stocks, pricing information as well as information goodss, so customers no longer need to come directly to the place simply by sending an SMS to the server application with a predetermined format, thus it will automatically respond by this server application. How to send SMS just as we usually, only format that is used is different because it has been determined by the application server. The results of this study go well as the registration process, unregistrasi, ordering goods, see the goods info, and broadcast. It also auto-reply that is done by the system is running as expected.
