Penerapan Model EUCS dan TTF dalam Mengevaluasi Sistem Informasi Akademik di Universitas Pamulang

Sistem Informasi Akademik Universitas Pamulang (SIA UNPAM) is an academic information system that is used in Pamulang University, has a function to provide educational services in the management and decision-making . Evaluation of unpam SIA aims to determine the extent of user satisfaction of SIA UNPAM. End User Computing Satisfaction ( EUCS ) is a model of evaluation used in this study, which consists of the dimensions of content, accuracy, format, ease and timeliness. The second model used is the model of Task Technology Fit (TTF) which consists of the dimensions of quality, locatability of the data, authorization to access the data, the data compatibility, ease of use / training, production timeliness, systems reliability, and relationship with users. The result is the largest value of dimensional accuracy 3.14, timelines 3.06, locatability the data 3.34, data compatabilty 3.30 and relationship with user 3.08 the results of rounding each dimension is located on level 3 , it shows each dimension at the level of doubtful, meaning there should be improvement in each dimension
